I would love to give a full 5 star rating across the board, and this rating is of NO FAULT of our waitress, Ame, she was fantastic. This review is strictly based on our dealing with the manager, Lee. Lee is incompetent and shouldn’t be in a management position. My fiancé and I ate at Iron Age last night, spending over $150 (with tip). I mistakingly left my Gucci sunglasses on the table when we left. I realized this less than 5 minutes later when we got to the car and called Iron Age before walking back in. The manager, Lee, told me to “call back around 10” because they were “too busy to look for them” at the moment. I understand being busy, but a customer asking if they left their sunglasses after JUST leaving should have taken a moment of priority. It’s important to note that Lee wasn’t doing anything other than standing at the host stand and greeting customers. I walked back to the restaurant and when I walked in, Lee “looked” for my sunglasses at the table. I truly don’t think he would have looked if I hadn’t been standing there - he was also laughing and making jokes with the new customers sitting there, which made it seem like he wasn’t seriously looking. Had Hyuk as a server! He was absolutely amazing, attentive, and had quick wit! One of the best server experiences I have ever had, I would highly recommend him to anyone visiting the location on a weekend. He said he truly believed the food at this location versus others is the best. I would argue this location is the best because it has Hyuk lol. Had a strawberry soju cocktail pitcher, and split a mango soju cocktail drink. Would recommend a soju pitcher! Worth it value wise for how much you get out if it!

My favorite lunch AYCE Korean BBQ Spot I almost exclusively order beef brisket when I go to Korean BBQ restaurants, so the price point of $24 for AYCE is a steal. There are 3 beef options for lunch: beef brisket, beef bulgogi and Hawaiian beef bulgogi. 6 options for pork, and 3 options for chicken. I’ve tried all the beef and chicken options and they’re all really good value for the money. Dinner menu has a bit more variety, they have steak on menu. But because I prefer to pay for better quality cuts of meat, the steak options are irrelevant to me. I spend a lot of money eating at other Wagyu AYCE restaurants, so obviously I can’t say the meat quality here is top notch. But for the price you pay, Iron Age delivers. It’s a decent spot for groups of friends and family to come and enjoy a special dining experience. The price is attractive. Could still be consider pricey for some, but not out of reach like Wagyu. Other than selections of meats, there are vegetarian options as well for lunch. Seafood however, is on the dinner menu only. And dinner is $32 per person.
